After 28 years of connecting Botswana, telecommunications giant Mascom unveils a bold new identity as it sets its sights on becoming a technology powerhouse.

Mascom Wireless has ushered in an exciting new era, unveiling a refreshed brand identity that signals a major shift from traditional telecommunications towards a technology-driven future.

The transformation, officially unveiled on Friday, 16 October 2026, introduces a striking new logo, a refreshed corporate identity and a new slogan, “Always You.”

After 28 years of connecting Batswana, Mascom is now setting its sights beyond calls, airtime and data, with ambitions to expand its footprint in digital innovation, financial and lifestyle services, and smart business solutions.

Speaking on the transformation, Mrs Makhwade-Seboni said the company’s vision extends far beyond providing connectivity.

“Connection has never been simply about technology. It is about what technology enables: opening a business to new markets, giving a young person access to opportunity, helping a customer access a service, and enabling an organisation to operate differently,” she said.

The exciting new chapter will also bring improvements to customer experience, including a revamped Mascom Online portal, modernised retail outlets and enhanced customer service systems.

Mascom’s refreshed identity will gradually roll out across its shops, digital platforms and advertising channels in the coming months
